COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1341 / 77 of 22 June 1977 on the putting up for sale of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency

Article 6 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : The security shall be fixed at :

ANNEX
Minimum selling price for olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency
1 . Extra 1 virgin olive oil : Lit 156 000 per 100 kg. 2. 5 lampante virgin olive oil : Lit 132 000 per 100 kg. 3 . 15 olive-residue oil : Lit 85 000 per 100 kg. 4. In the case of lampante virgin olive oil or olive-residue oil with a different degree of acidity, there shall be added or deducted as the case may be Lit 1 000 per 100 kg for each degree of acidity or fraction thereof less or more than 5° or 15° respectively.
