COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1345 / 77 of 21 June 1977 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain industrial products
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN situation in the sectors concerned in the near future, COMMUNITIES, these suspension measures should be taken only temporarily, fixing their term of validity to coincide Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European with the interests of Community production, Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 thereof,
