COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1367/ 77 of 24 June 1977 fixing the import levies on frozen beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the quotations and other information known to the COMMUNITIES , Commission , that the levies should be fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European­ Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation ( EEC) No 425/77 (2 ), and in particular Article 12(8 ) thereof, The import levies on frozen beef and veal shall be as Whereas the import levies on frozen beef and veal specified in the Annex to this Regulation . were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 935/77 (3), as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1097/ 77 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 935 /77 This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 July 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
