COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1382/77 of 27 June 1977 amending Regulation No 282/67/EEC on detailed rules for intervention for oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN during the 1976/77 marketing year, the increases and COMMUNITIES, reductions set out in Annex I to Regulation No 282/ 67/ EEC should be amended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Managment Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC Committee for Oils and Fats, of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ( 1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1707/73 (2), and in particular Article 26(3) thereof, Sole Article Whereas Article 7 of Commission Regulation No 282/67/EEC of 11 July 1967 on detailed rules for In Annex I to Regulation No 282/67/EEC : intervention for oil seeds (3), as last amended by Regu­ — in Section I, the figure '0019 shall read '0-023' lation (EEC) No 1308/77 (4), provides that increases with the effect from 1 July 1977, and reductions are to be applied to seeds offered for intervention which do not correspond to the standard — in Section II, the figure '0 030' shall read '0-038' quality ; whereas, in view of price developments with effect from 1 September 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
