COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1406/77 of 28 June 1977 on the conclusion of the Agreement extending the Interim Agreement between the European Economic Community and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular The Agreement extending the Interim Agreement Article 113 thereof, between the European Economic Community and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the declaration annexed to that Agreement are hereby Having regard to the recommendation from the approved on behalf of the Community.
