COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1407/77 of 28 June 1977 on the conclusion of the Agreement extending the Interim Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Morocco

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular The Agreement extending the Interim Agreement Article 113 thereof, between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Morocco and the declaration annexed to that Agreement are hereby approved on behalf of the Having regard to the recommendation from the Community . Commission, The text of the Agreement is annexed to this Regulation . Whereas the Interim Agreement between the Article 2 European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Morocco signed in Rabat on 27 April 1976 expires The President of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the persons empowered to sign the not later than 30 June 1977 ; Agreement for the purpose of binding the Community. Whereas, pending the entry into force of the Article 3 Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Morocco, signed in Rabat on the same day, it is following its publication in the Official Journal of the necessary to extend the Interim Agreement, European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
