Article1¶

1 . With effect from 1 January 1977, the weightings Article 5 (2) (a) and (b) of Regulation (ECSC, EEC, applicable to the remuneration of officials employed Euratom) No 31 77/76 (3) shall be repealed with effect in the countries listed below shall be as follows : from 1 January 1977. Belgium 104-5 Denmark 129-8 Article 3 Germany 83-6 France 126-5 Ireland 135-0 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Italy 1321 following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
