COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1413 /77 of 27 June 1977 laying down certain interim measures for the conservation and management of fishery resources applicable to vessels flying the flag of Poland, the GDR or the USSR

Article 4 Whereas, therefore, it is necessary to adopt further interim measures for a three-month period, 1 .
