COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1428/77 of 29 June 1977 fixing the quantity of young male bovine animals which may be imported on special terms in the third quarter of 1977

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and COMMUNITIES, Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (! ), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Article 13 (4) (a) thereof, 1 .
