COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1460/77 of 29 June 1977 on detailed rules for the application of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 385/73
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the documents T3 and T3L for such goods COMMUNITIES, must be issued under the same conditions and must have the same effects as documents T2 and T2L ; whereas, therefore, on the grounds of simplification, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Member States of the Community as originally consti Economic Community, tuted must be able to use documents T2 or T2L in place of documents T3 and T3L when such goods are re-exported, without prejudice to the collection of the charges arising under Commission Regulation (EEC) Having regard to the Treaty of Accession (l), No 1515/74 of 18 June 1974 on the application of inward processing arrangements in trade between Member States of the Community as originally consti Having regard to the Act of Accession (2), and in parti tuted and new Member States, and between new cular Article 45 ( 1 ) thereof, Member States themselves, for such time as customs duties are levied in such trade (4),
Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 385/73 of 19 January 1973 on the methods of administrative cooperation to safeguard during the transitional period the free movement of goods in trade between the Community as originally constituted and the new Member States and in trade between the new Member HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : States themselves (3), must continue to apply to agricul tural products covered by certain common organiza tions of the market for such time as customs duties or the component for the protection of the processing Article 1 industry used in the calculation of the import charge are levied in trade between the new Member States and between them and the Community as originally constituted : Regulation (EEC) No 385/73 shall continue to apply after 30 June 1977 to :
Whereas the said Regulation must also continue to 1 . agricultural products referred to in Articles 59 ( 1 ) apply until 31 December 1977 to agricultural products (b) and 61 of the Act of Accession for such time as subject to the system of compensatory amounts the said products are subject, in trade between the Community as originally constituted and the new provided for in Article 55 of the Act of Accession and Member States and between the new Member to certain goods processed from agricultural products States themselves, to the payment of customs when at least one basic product contained therein is subject to the said system of compensatory amounts ; duties or the component for the protection of the processing industry used in the calculation of the import charge ; Whereas for other categories of goods, in respect of which customs duties and charges having equivalent 2. agricultural products for such time as the said effect are to be completely eliminated in intra products are subject to the system of compensatory Community trade with effect from 1 July 1977, the amounts provided for in Article 55 of the Act of reasons which led to the use of internal Community Accession ; documents similar to those used in the Community as originally constituted and identified by the symbols T3 or T3L no longer apply ; whereas, however, new 3 . certain goods processed from agricultural products Member States should be able to use up their current for such time as at least one basic product stocks of T3 and T3L forms by being allowed to use contained therein is subject to the system of them until 31 December 1977 ; compensatory amounts provided for in Article 55 of the Act of Accession . Article 2 3. Where products or goods, other than those referred to in Article 1 , are re-exported from a 1 . This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1977.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
