2. Import authorizations shall be issued for a quantity which will be so fixed as to ensure that, during the period between 1 February and 31 December 1977, the total volume of the imports referred to in paragraph 1 will be limited to 2 034 610 items.

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on r : second day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Com m ion ; us.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in ail Member States .
