COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1486/ 77 of 1 July 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on broom and brush handles, of wood, falling within subheading 44.25 ex B, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3021 / 76 apply
