COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1504/ 77 of 5 July 1977 altering the export refunds on olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 1445/ 77 to the information at present available to COMMUNITIES , the Commission that the description of goods of the export refunds at present in force should be altered as Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ 66/ EEC are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a ment Committee for Oils, and Fats, common organzation of the market in oils and fats ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 707/ 73 (2 ), Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/ 66/ EEC HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and fats between the Community and Greece ( 3 ), Article 1 Having regard to Councl Regulation No 171 / 67/ EEC of 27 June 1967 on export refunds and levies on olive The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (2) (c) oil (4 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No • of Regulation No 136/66/EEC, exported to third coun­ 2429 / 72 ( 5 ), and in particular the second sentence of tries and Greece, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation Article 7 thereof, (EEC) No 1445/77, are hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Whereas the refunds on oils were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 445 / 77 ( fe) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules , criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 July 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
