COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1520 /77 of 6 July 1977 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the information at present available to the Commis COMMUNITIES , sion that the amount of the subsidy at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regu Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European lation , Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 66/ EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and Article 1 fats ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1707/73 (2), and in particular Article 27 (4) thereof, The amount of the subsidy referred to in Article 27 of Regulation No 136/ 66/ EEC is hereby fixed as shown Whereas the amount of the subsidy referred to in in the table annexed to this Regulation . Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1443/77(3 ); Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1443/77 This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 July 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
