COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1530/77 of 7 July 1977 on the putting up for sale of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency

The security shall be :
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : — Lit 13 000 per 100 kilograms for extra virgin olive oil, — Lit 11 000 per 100 kilograms for ordinary virgin olive oil, Article 1 — Lit 8 000 per 100 kilograms for olive-residue oil.

Minimum selling price (or olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency
1 . Extra virgin olive oil, 1 : Lit 157 000 per 100 kilograms. 2. Ordinary virgin olive oil : Lit 141 000 per 100 kilograms. 3. 15° olive-residue oil : Lit 86 500 per 100 kilograms. In the case of olive-residue oil with a different degree of acidity, there shall be added or deducted as the case may be Lit 1000 per 100 kilograms for each degree of acidity or fraction thereof less or more than 15° .
