COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1551 / 77 of 11 July 1977 maintaining in force the system of authorization of imports into Germany of certain yarn and twine originating in Yugoslavia

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1439/74 of 4 June 1974 on common rules for The system of authorizations of imports into Germany imports ('), and in particular Article 13 thereof, of certain yarn and twine originating in Yugoslavia, After consultation within the Committee set up by which was instituted by Regulation (EEC) No Article 5 of the said Regulation , 1144/77, shall remain applicable until 31 December 1977 . Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 1 1 44/77 (2 ), the Commission instituted a regime of authorizations for Article 2 imports into Germany of certain yarn and twine origi­ nating in Yugoslavia ; Whereas the factors which justified the adoption of This Regulation shall enter into force on the day these measures still exist and it is therefore necessary following its publication in the Official Journal of to maintain them in force until 31 December 1977 , the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
