COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1574/77 of 13 July 1977 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 938/77 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas a check has revealed an error in the Annex COMMUNITIES, to that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in ques­ tion must therefore be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Article 1 conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margin of In Annex I, column 'France , (b), to Regulation (EEC) fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member No 938/77 as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No States (!), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1490/77 the amount '21 0' under subheading 04.02 A 557/76 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof, III a) is replaced by '—'.

Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts Article 2 provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 938/77 of This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 July 29 April 1977 (3), as last amended by Regulation 1977. Where any party concerned so requests, it shall (EEC) No 1490/77 (4) ; be applied with effect from 4 July 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
