COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1618/77 of 18 July 1977 on the supply of skimmed-milk powder to the Catholic Relief Service as emer­ gency food aid for certain sections of the population of Chile pursuant to Regu­ lation (EEC) No 2018/76

July 1976 on the additional supply of skimmed-milk powder as food aid to certain developing countries, Article 2 international organizations and non-governmental organizations under the 1976 programme (3) provides This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day for a reserve of 8 200 tonnes of skimmed-milk following its publication in the Official Journal of powder ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
