COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1631/77 of 20 July 1977 derogating from Regulation (EEC) No 1790/76 as regards the closing date for the lodging of crop declarations in respect of soya beans for the marketing year 1977 / 78

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1900/74 of 15 July 1974 laying down special measures for soya beans ('), and in particular Article Article 1 2(4) thereof, By way of derogation from Article 4(1 ) of Regulation Whereas Article 4(1 ) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1790/76, crop declarations in respect of (EEC) No 1790/76 of 22 July 1976 laying down soya beans for the marketing year 1977/78 shall be detailed rules for the application of special measures lodged not later than 31 July 1977. in respect of soya beans (2), provides that all soya bean producers shall each year, not later than 30 June, lodge a crop declaration ; whereas in certain Member Article 2 States administrative difficulties have made it impos­ sible to comply with this time limit for the marketing This Regulation shall enter into force on the day year 1977/78 ; whereas the date for this year should following its publication in the Official Journal of therefore be put back until 31 July 1977 ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
