COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1653/ 77 of 22 July 1977 fixing the export refunds on fruit and vegetables

The provisions of Article 6 ( 1 ) (b) of Commission Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 192/75 of 17 January 1975 laying down detailed rules for the application of export refunds in respect of agricultural products ( 1), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 281 8/75 (2), shall apply to exports of unshelled walnuts, apples and This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 July peaches set out in the Annex. 19 77 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
