COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1670/77 of 22 July 1977 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on heavy oils falling within subheadings 27.10 C I c), II c), III c) and d), originating in Venezuela, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
