COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1705/77 of 26 July 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3030/76 opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for other woven fabrics of cotton falling within heading No 55.09 of the Common Customs Tariff, origi­ nating in Spain ( 1977), and Regulation (EEC) No 3031 /76 opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for certain petro­ leum products falling within Chapter 27 of the Common Customs Tariff, refined in Spain ( 1977)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN 1 . In Article 1 , the volume '1 800 tonnes for other COMMUNITIES, woven fabrics of cotton falling within heading No 55.09 shall be increased to '1 850 tonnes'. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof, 2. Article 2 shall be replaced by the following :

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2

Regulation (EEC) No 3031 /76 is hereby amended as Article 1 follows : Regulation (EEC) No 3030/76 is hereby amended as follows : 1 .
