COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1707 /77

amending Regulations (EEC) No 3032/76, (EEC) No 3033/76 and (EEC) No 3034/76 opening, allocating and providing for the administration of Community tariff quotas for certain wines falling within subheading ex 22.05 C of the Common Customs Tariff, originating in Spain ( 1977)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN ' 2. HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2 (2) and (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 3033/76 shall be replaced by the following :

Article 1 '2. A first instalment amounting to 13 000 hectolitres shall be allocated among the Member Regulation (EEC) No 3032/76 is hereby amended as follows : States ; the respective shares, which subject to Article 5 shall be valid until 31 December 1977, 1 . In Article 1 ( 1 ), the volumes '40 000 hectolitres' shall be as follows : and '210 000 hectolitres' for wines from Jerez falling within subheading ex 22.05 C III a) 1 , ex b 4uu nectontres Germany 22.05 C IV a) 1 , ex 22.05 C III b) 1 or ex 22.05 C Benelux 3 500 hectolitres IV b) 1 shall be increased to '74 000 hectolitres' 200 hectolitres Denmark and '447 500 hectolitres' respectively. 400 hectolitres France Ireland 200 hectolitres 2. Article 2 (2) and (3) shall be replaced by the 1 700 hectolitres Italy following : 600 hectolitres United Kingdom

Article 5 shall be valid until 31 December 1977, shall be as follows : It shall apply from 1 July 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
