Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2742/75 of. 29 October 1975 on production refunds in the cereals and rice sectors (3), as last amended by Article 1 Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 665/77 (4), and in parti­ cular Article 8 thereof, The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2102/75 is Whereas the amounts referred to in Articles 2 and 3 replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . of Regulation (EEC) No 2742/75 are altered with effect from 1 August 1977 ; Article 2

Whereas the alteration of these amounts necessitates a This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August change in the amounts listed in columns 4, 5 and 6 of 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
