amending Regulations (EEC) No 368/77 and (EEC) No 938/77 as regards the coefficients to be applied to the monetary compensatory amounts in respect of skimmed-milk powder

Whereas, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) [n Article 19 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 368/77 : No 368/77 of 23 February 1977 on the sale by tender of skimmed-milk powder for use in feed for pigs and — in the first indent, the coefficient '0-22' is replaced poultry (5 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No by ' 0-15 ', 1792/77 (6), and to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 443 /77 of 2 March 1977 on the sale at a fixed — in the second indent, the coefficient '0-38 ' is replaced by '0-25 '. price of skimmed-milk powder for use in feed for pigs and poultry (7), the intervention agencies are selling skimmed-milk powder taken into storage Article 2 before 1 January 1976 ; In Part 5 (milk and milk products) of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 938/77 : Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts applicable in trade in the skimmed-milk powder in — in the third subparagraph of Note ( 1 ), the question are multiplied by a coefficient established by coefficient '0-22' is replaced by '0-15', reference to the difference between the selling price of skimmed-milk powder and the intervention price for — in the first indent of the fifth subparagraph of the product; whereas, as a result of price trends of Note (9), the coefficient '0-38' is replaced by competing products, the selling price of ' 0-25 '.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
