COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1893/77 of 19 August 1977 on the sale at prices fixed in advance of certain boned beef held by the interven tion agencies

Whereas certain boned beef should be put up for sale at prices fixed in advance in accordance with Articles HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2 to 5 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 216/69 of 4 February 1969 on detailed rules of application for the disposal of frozen beef and veal bought in by inter vention agencies ( 7), and at the same time certain Article 1 necessary derogations should be provided for, particu larly as regards payment for the goods ; 1 .
