COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1905 /77 of 22 August 1977 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on heavy oils falling within subheadings 27.10 C I c), II c) and III c) and d), originating in Kuwait to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply
