COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1992/77 of 5 September 1977 abolishing the countervailing charge on lemons originating in Argentina
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN that Regulation, indicates that the application of the COMMUNITIES, first indent of the first subparagraph of Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 would result in the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European countervailing charge being fixed at zero ; whereas the Economic Community, conditions specified in the second indent of Article Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 26 ( l).of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last these products originating in Argentina can be abol ished, amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1034/77 (2), and in particular Article 27 (2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1864/77 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 1 2 August 1 977 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 906/77 (4), introduced a countervailing Article 1 charge on lemons originating in Argentina ; Regulation (EEC) No 1864/77 is hereby repealed. Whereas the present trend of prices for Argentinian products on the representative markets referred to in Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 (5), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 385/75 (6), recorded or calcu This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 September lated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of 1977.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
