COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 2032 / 77 of 14 September 1977 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1418 / 76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in rice ('), as amended by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 1 158 / 77 (2 ), and in particular Article 1 1 The import levies to be charged on the products listed ( 2) thereof, in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) and (b) of Regulation ( EEC) No 1418 / 76 are hereby fixed as shown in the table Whereas the import levies on rice and broken rice annexed to this Regulation . were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 953 /77 ( 3), as amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 1 998 / 77 (4 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 1953 / 77 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 5 to the offer prices and today's quotations known to September 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
