COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 2035 / 77 of 14 September 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 470 / 73 laying down general rules for the applica­ tion of the compensatory amounts applicable to colza and rape seed produced in the new Member States

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas Regulation ( EEC) No 1333 / 77 fixed the said COMMUNITIES , amounts for the 1977 / 78 marketing year at a level lower than that for the preceding year ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , Whereas the amount of the deposit fixed in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 470 /73 should be Having regard to the Treaty of Accession ('), amended ; Having regard to the Act of Accession ( : ), Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ 1333 / 77 of 20 June 1977 concerning the compensa­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats , tory amounts applicable to colza and rape seed ( 3 ), and in particular Article 2 thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC ) No 470 / 73 of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the application of the compensatory amounts applicable Article 1 to colza and rape seed produced in the new Member States (4 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 470 / 73 is hereby 933 / 75 ( 5 ), provides that when seeds harvested in the amended as follows : United Kingdom or in Denmark are the subject of trade between Member States , the control copy ' 1 .
