Toutefois, dans le cas vise ci-dessus, le montant compensatoire applicable jusqu'au 2 octobre 1977 dans les échanges intracommunautaires et avec les pays tiers est respectivement : — pour la sous-position 23.07 B I a) 2 celui de la sous-position 23.07 B I a) 1 , — pour la sous-position 23.07 B I b) 2 celui de la sous-position 23.07 B I b) 1 , — pour la sous-position 23.07 B I c) 2 celui ce la sous-position 23.07 B I c) 1 .

However, in the case referred to above, the monetary compensatory amounts applicable to intra- Community trade and to trade with third countries until 2 October 1977 shall be : — for subheading 23.07 B I a) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I a) 1 , — for subheading 23.07 B I b) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I b) 1 , — for subheading 23.07 B I c) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I c) 1 .

In dem vorgenannten Fall wird jedoch bis zum 2. Oktober 1977 im innergemeinschaftlichen Handel und im Handel mit Drittländern — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I a) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I a) 1 , — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I b) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I b) 1 und — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 1 angewandt.

Tuttavia nel caso di cui sopra, l'importo compensativo applicabile fino al 2 ottobre 1977 negli scambi intracomunitari e con i paesi terzi è rispettivamente : — per la sottovoce 23.07 B I a) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I a) 1 , — per la sottovoce 23.07 B I b) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I b) 1 , — per la sottovoce 23.07 B I c) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I c) 1 .

Dog er det monetære udligningsbeløb, der er henvist til i ovennævnte tekst, og som anvendes indtil den 2 . oktober 1977 for handel indenfor Fællesskabet og for handel med tredjelande henholdsvis : — for underposition 23.07 B I a) 2, det der gælder for underpos. 23.07 B I a) 1 — for underposition 23.07 B I b) 2, det der gælder for underpos. 23.07 B I b) 1 — for underposition 23.07 B I c) 2, det der gælder for underpos. 23.07 B I c) 1 .

Nr. L 167 vom 26. 6. 1976, S. 27).

(*) For the United Kingdom , as regards products of subheading 04.01 A II a), the basic amount and the supplementary amount indicated shall be replaced by the single amount of £ 3-456 per 100 kg.

3) In intra-Community trade , where the product has been denatured in accordance with Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 990/72 ( OJ No L 115 , 17. 3 . 1972), the basic amount and any supplementary amount shall be replaced by a single amount of :

4) The basic amount for 100 kg of product of this subheading shall be the sum of the following elements :

( a) the amount per 100 kg indicated multiplied by 1 /100 of the weight of milk and cream contained in 100 kg of the product ;

( b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to 1 / 100 of the amount indicated in Part 7 of Annex I to this Regulation under subheading 17.01 A (undenatured) of the Common Customs Tariff.

5) The basic amount for 100 kg of product of this subheading shall be the sum of the following elements :

( a) the amount per 100 kg indicated :

( b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to 1/ 100 of the amount indicated in Part 7 of Annex I to this Regulation under subheading 17.01 A ( undenatured) of the Common Customs Tariff.

8) However, for butter covered by the measures provided for :

— in Regulation (EEC) No 1282/72 ( OJ No L 142, 22. 6. 1972), the amount indicated shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-42 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom, the coefficient shall be 0-47 ;

— in Regulation (EEC) No 1717/72 ( OJ No L 181 , 9. 8 . 1972), the amount indicated shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-40 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom, the coefficient shall be 0-45 ;

— in Regulation (EEC) No 349/73 (OJ No L 40, 13 . 2. 1973), the amount indicated shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-47 ;

— in Regulation (EEC) No 232/75 ( OJ No L 24, 31 . 1 . 1975), the amount indicated shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-34 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom , the coefficient shall be 0-38 .

7) For importations into the United Kingdom from New Zealand, in accordance with the provi­ sions of Protocol 18 , the monetary compensatory amount shall be £ 20-997 per 100 kg and the coefficient shall not be applied to the special levy.

8) For importations into the United Kingdom from New Zealand, in accordance with the provisions of Protocol 18 , the monetary compensatory amount shall be £ 18-128 per 100 kg and the coefficient shall not be applied to the special levy.

(") With respect to cheese rinds and wastes the monetary compensatory amount applicable shall be that applicable to products of subheading 04.04 E I c) of a fat content, by weight, in the dry matter, of 10 % or more. Products unfit as such for human consumption shall be regarded as, cheese wastes.

10) In trade with third countries, the coefficient 1-71 shall be applied to the amount indicated . This coefficient, however, shall be 1-47 in the case of products containing skimmed-milk powder sold pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 2054/76 ( OJ No L 288 , 20. 8 . 1976).

In intra-Community trade, where the product has not been produced in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 990/72 ( OJ No L 115, 17. 3 . 1972), the coefficient 1-71 shall be applied to the amount indicated. However, this coefficient shall not be applied to products consigned to Italy from another Member State in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1624/76 ( OJ No L 180, 6. 7. 1976).

In intra-Community trade and in trade with third countries, where these products contain skimmed-milk powder denatured pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 368/77 ( OJ No L 52, 24. 2. 1977), Regulation (EEC) No 443/77 (OJ No L 58 , 3 . 3 . 1977) or Regulation (EEC) No 1844/77 (OJ No L 205, 11 . 8 . 1977), and either fish meal or fish oil and/or fish liver oil or iron carbonate and/or iron sulphate and/or copper sulphate, the amount indicated shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-25.

N.B. For the calculation of fat content, non-milk fats are not to be taken into account.
