COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC, EURATOM , ECSC) No 2070/77 of 20 September 1977 concerning the extension of the period of payment of the temporary fixed allowance provided for in Article 4a of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations of offi­ cials of the European Communities
