COMMISSION REGULATION (ESC) No 2099/77 of 23 September 1977 on the putting up for sale of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community,

The intervention agency shall inform the Commission Article 6 without delay of the tenders received.
