COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2122/77 of 27 September 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on gloves, including mittens and mitts, protective, for all trades, falling within subheading 42.03 B I, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply
