COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2153/77 of 27 September 1977 laying down certain interim measures for the conservation and management of fishery resources applicable to vessels flying the flag of Finland or Portugal

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1

Quantities which may be caught by vessels flying the (lag of Finland or Portugal , by species and fishing area

The zones concerned are those defined by the International Council for the Exploration of the Seas (ICES) or defined in the Annex td the Convention establishing the International Commission for the North-West Atlantic Fisheries Commission (ICNAF), in so far as they are situated in the fishing zones of the Member States extending up to 200-nautical miles from coasts bordering on the North Sea and the Atlantic, and covered by Community rules on fisheries.
