COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2183/77 of 30 September 1977 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of certain frozen beef from intervention stocks for processing in the Community

Whereas such sales should be at standard prices fixed in advance and conducted in accordance with the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : rules laid down by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 216/69 of 4 February 1969 on detailed rules of applica­ tion for the disposal of frozen beef and veal bought in by intervention agencies (3), subject to certain special Article 1 exceptions on account of the particular use :o which the products in question are to be put ;
