COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2196/77 of 4 October 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1089/77 on detailed rules of application for granting special aid for skimmed milk for use as feed for animals other than young calves

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in milk and milk products (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and in Regulation (EEC) No 1089/77 is amended as follows : particular Article 10 (3) thereof, 1 .
