COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2247/77 of 12 October 1977 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN force, which are to be added to the levies, should be COMMUNITIES, altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regula­ tion, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in riceC), as amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1158/77 (2), and in particular Article 13 The premiums to be added to the import levies fixed (6) thereof, in advance in respect of rice and broken rice are hereby fixed as shown in the table annexed to this Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on rice and broken rice were fixed by Regulation (EEC) Regulation. No 1954/77 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 2203/77 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas, on the basis of today's cif prices and cif This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 October forward delivery prices, the premiums at present in 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
