COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2426/ 77 of 3 November 1977 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza­ A rticle 1 tion of the market in rice (*), as amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1 1 58/77 (2), and in particular Article 1 1 The import levies to be charged on the products listed (2) thereof, in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) and (b) of Regulation (EEC) No 1418 /76 are hereby fixed as shown in the table Whereas the import levies on rice and broken rice were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1953/77 (3), as last annexed to this Regulation . amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2392/77 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1953/77 This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 November 1977 . to the offer prices and today's quotations known to

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
