COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2454/ 77 of 8 November 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on light petroleum oils, falling within subheading 27.10 A III , originating in Romania to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3021 /76 apply
