COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2474/77 of 9 November 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other articles for electrical lighting fittings falling within subheading 70.14 A II, originating in Romania to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply

Whereas Article 2 (2) of that Regulation provides that the levying of customs duties may be re-established at Article 2 any time in respect of imports of the products in ques­ tion originating in any of the said countries or territo­ ries — with the exception of those listed in Annex C This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of (') OJ No L 349, 20 . 12. 1976, p. 23 . the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
