COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2475 /77 of 9 November 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties applicable to third countries on certain products originating in Sweden

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN ceiling ; whereas the situation on the Community COMMUNITIES, market requires that customs duties applicable to third countries on the products in question be reim­ Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European posed, Economic Community, Having regard to the Agreement between the Euro­ pean Economic Community and the Kingdom of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Sweden (!), and in particular Protocol 1 thereto, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3235/76 of 21 December 1976 establishing ceilings Article 1 and Community supervision of imports of certain products originating in Sweden (2), and in particular As from 13 November 1977 and until 31 December Article 1 thereof, 1977, the levying of customs duties applicable to third Whereas Article 3 of the abovementioned Protocol countries shall be reimposed on imports into the Community of the following products : provides that the products listed below, imported under reduced duty rates according to Article 1 ( 1 ) to CCT (3), are subject to the annual ceiling indicated below, Description of goods Origin heading above which the customs duties applicable to third No countries may be re-established : 48.01 Paper and paperboard (including Sweden CCT cellulose wadding), machine-made, Ceiling heading Description of goods (tonnes) in rolls or sheets : No ex E. Other : 48.01 Paper and paperboard (including 32312 — Bible paper (India cellulose wadding), machine-made, paper), copying tissue ; in rolls or sheets : other printing paper and other writing paper, not ex E. Other : containing mechanical — Bible paper ( India wood pulp or in which paper), copying tissue ; mechanical wood pulp other printing paper and does not represent more other writing paper, not than 5 % containing mechanical wood pulp or in which mechanical wood pulp does not represent more Article 2 than 5 % This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas imports into the Community of those following its publication in the Official Journal of products, originating in Sweden , have reached that the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
