COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2552/77 of 18 November 1977 amending for the marketing year 1977/78 the time limit for submitting crop declarations for seed flax

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Comittee for Oils and Fats, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 569/76 of 15 March 1976 laying down special measures for linseed ( J ), and in particular Article 2 (4) thereof, Article 1

Whereas Article 9 ( 1 ) of Commission Regulation By way of derogation from Article 9 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1799/76 of 22 July 1976 laying down (EEC) No 1799/76, crop declarations for seed flax for detailed rules for the application of special measures the marketing year 1977/78 shall be submitted not in respect of linseed (2), as amended by Regulation later than 30 November 1977 . (EEC) No 1 632/77 (3), provides that every grower of seed flax shall by 31 October of each year submit a crop declaration ; whereas in certain Member States Article 2 the late harvest has made it impossible for this time limit to be kept for the marketing year 1977/78 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day whereas the relevant time limit for this year should following its publication in the Official Journal of therefore be extended until 30 November 1977 ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
