COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2593/77 of 24 November 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2514/77 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Spain and Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN charge introduced in application of Article 25 of that COMMUNITIES, Regulation is amended ; whereas, if these conditions are taken into consideration the countervailing charge Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European on the import of cucumbers originating in Spain and Economic Community, Greece must be amended, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables (!), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1034/77 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, The amount of 7-44 units of account appearing in Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2514/77 is Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 2514/77 (3), introduced replaced by the amount of 1 8*83 units of account. a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Spain and Greece ; Article 2 Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a November 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
