COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2601 / 77 of 25 November 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on basketwork, wickerwork and other articles of plaiting materials falling within heading No 46.03 , originating in the Philippines to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply
