re-establishing the levying of customs duties on fabric and other articles of asbestos falling within subheadings 68.13 B II and III, originating in Yugoslavia to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
