COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2623 /77 of 28 November 1977 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty for mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kilo­ grams falling within subheading ex 88.02 B II c)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 From 1 January to 30 June 1978, the autonomous thereof, Common Customs Tariff duty for mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding Having regard to the draft Regulation submitted by 15 000 kilograms falling within subheading ex 88.02 the Commission , B II c) shall be totally suspended.
