COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2677/77 of 2 December 1977 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled, and the countervailing charge on imports of these Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European products originating in Romania can be abolished, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables (•), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 034/77 0, and in Article 1 particular Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 2537/77 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2537/77 of 17 November 1977 (3), introduced countervailing Article 2 charges on tomatoes originating in Romania ;

Whereas for this product originating in Romania, This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 December •there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
