COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2688/77 of 5 December 1977 increasing the Community tariff quota opened for 1977 by Regulation (EEC) No 2931 /76 for newsprint falling within subheading 48.01 A of the Common Customs Tariff
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN noted ; whereas, in order to safeguard the Community COMMUNITIES , character of the tariff quota in question, the volume of the proposed increase should be allocated to the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community reserve set up pursuant to Regulation Economic Community, and in particular Articles 28 (EEC) No 2931 /76, and 113 thereof, Having regard to the proposal of the Commission, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas, for newsprint falling within subheading 48.01 A of the Common Customs Tariff, a duty-free A rticle 1 Community tariff quota , the amount of which was 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
