COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2693/77 of 7 December 1977 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN force , which are to be added to the levies, should be COMMUNITIES , altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regula­ tion , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1418 / 76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in rice ('), as amended by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 1 158 / 77 ( 2 ), and in particular Article 13 The premiums to be added to the import levies fixed ( 6) thereof, in advance in respect of rice and broken rice are Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on hereby fixed as shown in the table annexed to this Regulation . rice and broken rice were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 954/77 ( 3 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) 2640/ 77 (") ; Article 2 Whereas, on the basis of today's cif prices and cif This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 December forward delivery prices , the premiums at present in 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
